Shipping Info

We currently ship to the USA and Canada. Orders are usually sent from our warehouse within one business day after receipt of your order, Monday through Friday. Please Note: We do not ship on weekends or USPS holidays.

 

Shipping Within the United States

We ship using USPS Priority Mail (3-4 days estimated delivery) or USPS Priority Mail Express (Guaranteed 1-Day or 2-Day delivery, depending on delivery location).

USPS Priority Mail transit times are provided as an estimate, but are not guaranteed delivery dates. Although we make every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible, Priority Mail shipping times may vary. 

Priority Mail Express orders received before 10am Monday - Friday will ship the same day, and include an arrival guarantee of 1-2 days. 

 

Tracking Your Package

We keep a record of tracking numbers for packages sent from our store and will send you notification of shipment via our online shopping cart record of your e-mail address. If you have not received your package within 5 business days, please contact us and we will follow up on your package with the carrier.

 

Signature Required/ Lost Packages

If you would like to have your order delivered with a signature required, please let us know in advance of placing your order via our contact form.

If you do not request "Signature Required", we will not be responsible for lost, stolen or missing orders if the order is confirmed as 'Delivered' by USPS.

 

Shipping to Canada

We are happy to accept orders from Canadian customers and ship our products to Canada via USPS Priority Mail International. In accordance with United States federal law, we are required to follow all export laws with respect to declaration and customs documentation. This method of shipping typically takes between 7 – 10 working days from the date of shipment to arrive, and sometimes longer (there is no guarantee).  All orders are shipped from our location within 1 business day of your order.

Please note that you will be responsible for the full cost of shipping, including additional processing and handling charges imposed by Canada Post, as well as all duties imposed by Canada Border Services Agency and all applicable goods and services tax (GST) or harmonized sales tax (HST), and provincial sales tax (PST).

Duties, taxes and additional processing and handling charges will be collected from you by the carrier at the time of delivery on a C.O.D. basis – they will be extra and above what we charge you for your order, and in some cases can be quite expensive. We do not know at the time of order how much those additional processing and handling charges, taxes and/or duties will cost. They are solely your responsibility and acceptance of this is implied when you place an order with us. If delivery of the package is refused on the grounds that the C.O.D. charges are too expensive, we will issue a refund for the returned products upon receipt at our warehouse equal to their cost, but will not issue a refund of your shipping and handling charges.
